Luca Pisaroni returns to Europe in July, joining his father-in-law, acclaimed baritone Thomas Hampson for their “No Tenors Allowed” programme in performance on July 30 as part of Musikwochen Millstatt, hosted at the Stiftskirche Millstatt. Pianist Christian Koch accompanies the duo for the concert, which features pieces by Mozart (Le nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni), Gounod (Faust), Verdi (Don Carlo, Macbeth, La traviata, Otello), and Rossini (Il Barbiere di Siviglia) in addition to favored musical theatre and operetta selections.
