On Saturday, May 22, at 8pm Central European / 2pm Eastern, Luca Pisaroni makes his much-anticipated recital debut in IDAGIO’s Global Concert Hall, presenting an intimate evening of song. The programme includes songs by Beethoven, Schubert, and Reichardt, all exploring themes of passionate love and the imminence of death.

Pisaroni is joined by his long-time collaborator, celebrated pianist Maciej Pikulski. Seen and Heard International previously praised Pisaroni and Pikulski’s interpretation of Schubert songs in a recital, saying: “Pisaroni’s performance of ‘Ihr Bild was sublime as he moved seamlessly from desolation to heartfelt emotion. […] I loved the intensity and profound lyricism of ‘Am Meer’ while both performers did a superb job summoning up the surreal, almost unhinged feelings of ‘Die Stadt’.”

“Amore e morte,” captured at the Casino Baumgarten in Vienna, is available to stream on IDAGIO until December 31, 2021. With IDAGIO’s new flexible pricing model, you decide how much you want to pay. For more information and to purchase tickets, please visit IDAGIO’s website.
