La Scala debut in Mozart’s ‘Don Giovanni’

Next season, Luca Pisaroni sings the role of Leporello in Mozart’s masterpiece Don Giovanni at the Teatro alla Scala. This will be Mr. Pisaroni’s house debut in Milan, and marks his highly anticipated return to Italy in performance. Don Giovanni takes the stage at La Scala on May 6, 9, 12, 14, 17, 19, 28 & 31 and June 3 & 6, with a starry cast including Pisaroni’s father-in-law, baritone Thomas Hampson, in the title role, Anett Fritsch sings Donna Elvira, Hanna E. Mueller is Donna Anna, and Bernard Richter is Don Ottavio. Tickets go on sale to the public from March 6, 2017 in person at the box office and via La Scala’s website.

Mr. Pisaroni is also featured on several critically acclaimed CD & DVD releases of Don Giovanni, which can be found via his discography.
